uCan-Packaging offers worldwide shipping. Our logistics partners can easily ship to any corner of the world. On this page, you can read all about our shipping services.

 

Postal Tracking

When you place an order at uCan-Packaging, you can be guaranteed that your products can be delivered to your door no matter where you are located. Once your order has been dispatched, our logistics department will forward you the tracking number. With this number, you’ll be able to easily track the shipping status of your order by simply entering the tracking number into the online tracking system of the shipping company.

 

Shipping Fee

It is important to keep in mind that packaging materials generally speaking have a high dimensional weight. Due to this, the shipping costs may be relatively high. At uCan-Packaging, we offer a number of different shipping methods ranging from ocean freight to express shipping. The eventual shipping costs depend on the shipping method you choose upon checkout. Due to the large size and weight of most shipments, we highly advise you to place an order well in advance and choose the most affordable slow shipping method.

 

Dispatch & Shipping Time

All orders of common (in-stock) items will be shipped out within 3 working days. When you order in larger quantities (5000+ units), we will be forced to produce your order on demand. As a result, the shipping date will be prolonged to 10 to 12 working days. Please note that these dispatch times only apply to common items and are not applicable for custom made goods.

All our products are shipped out from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. If for any reason your order will be delayed, uCan-Packaging will inform you promptly. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email.

The delivery times highly depend on the shipping method that you have chosen. Whereas express shipping may take only 5 days, regular ocean freight might take up to 30 to 60 working days. In case a delivery does not arrive on time, please contact us. It is important to know that all your orders are insured. In the unfortunate event of loss of parcels, you will always be covered by our full refund policy.

 

Customs

All parcels shipped to countries outside of China may be subject to (import) taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. As the recipient of the shipment, you will be responsible for all import restrictions and fees. The total value of these fees depends on the destination country.

 

Refunds & Returns

All our regular stock items can be returned within 21 days as long as they have not been used or damaged by the buyer. Please note that the shipping costs for returning an order will be on the account of the buyer. Simply contact us by e-mail and send us your order number. Once we have received your message, we will send you the instructions on how to ship it back to us. Once we have received the goods, we will refund the value of the goods to you.

Please note that the shipping costs from China to your home country that have been charged upon checkout is not refundable. Parcels returned due to a wrong delivery address or failure to accept or pick up a parcel is not covered by refunds either.

Large quantity orders that have been produced on demand (non-stock items), as well as custom-made goods, cannot be returned without well-grounded reasons. For more detailed information on warranties and returns, please see article 5 and article 10 in our Terms and Conditions.
