Shrink Bands
An easy and affordable way to customize jars and bottles is by means of a colorful shrink wrap band. These plastic shrink bands, usually made from PVC or PET, can be easily shrunk around your packaging by using a heat gun or heat tunnel. Once in place, it will add a colorful design to your bottle or jar. Shrink bands can be used to create a tamper-evident seal, or for full customization of your packaging. The main benefit of using shrink wrap bands to customize packaging is that it’s much cheaper compared to using one of the direct printing methods mentioned above.

As you can imagine, there are quite some factors that influence the price of your custom packaging. What type of custom packaging do you offer?
We work with a range of products such as aluminum tins, aluminum bottles, glass jars, glass bottles, plastic jars, plastic bottles, squeeze tubes, shrink bands, and even cardboard tube packaging. It is possible to choose one of our in-stock products for customization or to create an entirely new product from scratch.
Will I see a proof before wholesale production?
The first thing we do after we have received the artwork for your custom packaging is to create a digital impression. This 3D impression of your container will give you a good idea of what the actual product will look like. If you are not convinced, then it’s also possible to order a custom-made sample (sample fee applies). With a custom sample order, we will produce up to 8 samples of your custom packaging so that you can check them with your own eyes before placing a wholesale order. For complex and multi-color designs, we always recommend our clients to order a sample first.
How do I need to return my artwork?
For wholesale production of your custom packaging, we require to have your artwork as an original Vector file in either .AI or .PDF format. If your artwork is not yet finished and you’re only looking for a quote to estimate the costs of your project, then you can also send us your draft artwork in any other file format of your liking. Once we have received your artwork, we can recommend you the most suitable customization method for your design and get back to you with a quote accordingly.
Is it possible to print the inside of the containers?
This depends on the type of packaging that you’re looking for. For aluminum tins and paper packaging, it is possible to print on the inside of your container. For plastic and glass packaging, however, this is not possible. For more information on this, please contact us through email.
What is the turnaround time on my order?
The lead time for custom orders depends on the details of your purchase. Factors that influence the lead time of an order include the order quantity, the printing method used, and the complexity of your design. Generally speaking, the production time for custom-made samples is around 15 to 20 days Excl. shipping. For wholesale production, the production time ranges from 20 to 30 days Excl. shipping.

All products are packed carefully in strong and high-quality boxes to prevent any shipping damages. When it comes to the type of shipping, we offer a range of different shipping options including EXW, FCA, FOB, and DDP shipping. With the latter, DDP shipping, we will take care of the door-to-door delivery, import taxes, and custom fees on our end so you won’t have to deal with this yourself.
